Neville Clarke’s journey which started 20 years ago when it offered its series of quality and certification courses in the Philippines has these footprints marked in all the trainings and services it had rendered throughout the years and across the various industries.

1993 to 1997

  • Neville – Clarke Philippines Inc. started its operations in the Philippines
  • Expanded range of services to include environment, total quality, TICK IT among others


1998 to 2002


  • Neville – Clarke Philippines Inc. launched its People management courses to complement its current consultancy and trainings for management systems
  • Launched consultancy and training services on industry specific standards like QS 9000 on automotive, health and safety and HACCP among others
  • Introduction and transition of Quality standards as the management system evolves to the process approach that Neville Clarke had long been practicing in its business process approach
  • Introduced modules beyond QMS ISO 9000 known as System Beyond services in the drive towards ISO 9004 Performance Improvement, Kaizen, Business Process Reengineering among others.


2003 to 2007

  • Realising the new wave of “Quality Revolution” Neville – Clarke Philippines Inc. expanded its product line to include Operational Excellence modules such as, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing to name a few
  • Launched consultancy and training services on industry specific standards like ISO 22000 on food safety , ISO 27000 on Information Security, ISO 17025 Laboratory Management System, ISO 13485 on Medical Devices
  • Introduction and transition of Environment and Health and Safety standards as the management system evolves, including an introduction for the Behavioral based Safety Management System
  • (NCP) introduced the modular pathway approach in order for organisations to better gauge which training would be most appropriate for them and better expand the product reach to the people across the various bands in the organization
  • Launched specific training modules on, British Standards such as on Information Security and Business Continuity setting the foundation for ISMS and BCMS

2007 to 2012




  • The thrust towards business value adding solutions and the enhancement of staff core competence to be incorporated in various consulting endeavours and the introduction of innovating solutions kept the company and the industry forward.
  • Launched consultancy and training services on competency enhancement modules like People Development Programs ( PDPs) , Continual Improvement Programs ( CIs) , and Process and Performance Management
  • Launched Lean Sigma being the integration of Lean and Six Sigma as a holistic approach for managing the drive to operational excellence capturing the business need for quality, cost and speed as a unified goal.
  • Launched Managing Innovation , 5S Management and Total Productive Maintenance as a complement to managing change and operational excellence. Extended People Certification beyond Lean Experts/Masters, Six Sigma Green Belts/Black Belts to Lean Sigma Green Belts/Black Belts, and Innovation Experts / Green Belts
  • Launched specific training modules on QC 8000 Hazardous Substances Process Management, EICC for the Semiconductors and TL 9000 for the Telecommunications.
  • Launched consultancy and training services on managing risks and sustainability like ISO 27000 Information Security Management System, ISO 28000 Supply Chain Management Systems, ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System, and ISO 31000 as a Framework for Risk Management
  • The drive for sustainability has been strengthened with major introduction and successful achievement of standards on ISO 50001: Energy Management System
2013 onwards The thrust towards managing business risk and the solutions around operational sustainability continues to keep the company and the industry forward.
