Neville Clarke incorporates “LIVE” Audit into the training programme as part of our curriculum in the training of Auditor / Lead Auditor for the various management systems. This option will enable the participants of our Auditor/Lead Auditor Training programme to carry out a live audit of an organisation’s management system, while our qualified trainer gives support and advice.
The Benefits of “LIVE” Audit in Auditor/Lead Auditor Training
Trainee Auditors with limited experience will benefit from the support given in the “LIVE” audit in order to develop their audit skills. More experienced auditors can use this as an opportunity to benchmark against the best.
Concurrently, the “LIVE” audit training can benefit the Participating Organisation (auditee organisation) in supporting their Quality, Environmental and/or Health and Safety Management System at any stage in its development. The trainee Auditors can provide the participating organisation with an objective view of the participating organisation’s performance, identifying strengths, weaknesses and any areas for improvement.
In addition, a formal report consisting of Audit Findings and Recommendations taken from the “LIVE” audit training can then be fed back into the organisation’s internal audit programme.
