The best way to have a good idea is to have a lot of ideas.” ~ Linus Pauling

Guided Brainstorming and Innovation

Innovation – it’s the buzzword of the day, and for good reason. In today’s highly volatile business environment, the need for companies to reinvent themselves repeatedly and rapidly is the only way to ensure long-term survival. Although many organisations recognise this fact, few can define what innovations means to them, let alone create a pervasive culture of innovation.

Most companies today face an innovation dilemma. In order to survive and prosper, companies must invest more in innovation while at the same time they must reduce cost. We CAN help your organisation to resolve the Innovation Dilemma.

How We Can Help?

In Neville Clarke we are proud to bring the state-of-the-art innovation technique: Guided Brainstorming and Innovation  Methodology that generates innovative, practical solutions.

Guided Brainstorming and Innovation is a structured approach for generating solutions to complex problems by getting the best insights and practical ideas from the whole team. It is based on the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (“TRIZ”). This work studied millions of patents worldwide and the evolution of technologies to identify a comprehensive set of principles to use in problem solving.

Traditional approaches to innovation often use brainstorming techniques to generate ideas. The range of solutions is typically constrained because of the limited experience of the participants. Guided Brainstorming and Innovation  uses the principles of TRIZ to generate a more comprehensive set of answers with a focus on efficient solutions.
