Overview of ISO 14064

Global warming is caused by an increase in greenhouse gas emissions typically from various industries and its products that rely on fossil fuels. Many organisations have increasingly begun adopting a low carbon economy as a standard to counter this trend. As more organisations are joining this trend in reducing their carbon footprint, many want to highlight their resources and initiatives are promoting this change.

ISO 14064 is a standard offer to organisations for implementation, complying with a low carbon footprint, whereas, PAS 2050 is a standard developed for carbon footprint products.
