Mr Paul Hardiman, Principal: Global Best Practice, SMMT Industry Forum is one of only two approved VDA 6.3 trainers qualified by VDA in the UK with experience in the inception and growth of quality standards and certification for the automotive industries. As a member of the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) training commission, Paul actively contributes to the development and delivery of ISO/TS 16949 trainings to certification body auditors. He is competent to deliver a wide range of SMMT IF training related to ISO/TS 16949 to organisations in the Automotive Supply Chain. He is also a qualified JIPM assessor for the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM).
