The much anticipated ISO 9001:2015 is published!
Posted on 28 September 2015
This version is considered to be a major change since year 2000.
It follows a common structure, i.e. Annex SL High Level Structure (HLS) in ISO/IEC Directives, Part 1. The good news is that it contains the common terms and definitions as some of the new versions of management system standards such as ISO 14001:2015 which improves integration for organisations that implement more than one management system standards. It also brings new challenges in defining the context of the organization and determining actions to address risks and opportunities in addition to some new requirements related to process control.
Neville Clarke provides a series of ISO 9001:2015 training courses to help organisations transition to the new standard. Our training courses include understanding the 9001:2015 standard; workshops for management to plan the system considering the organisation’s context , risks and opportunities; and developing skills to audit the new requirements.
