And to ensure that Neville Clarke’s sales representatives are equipped with the right skills to excellently assist the clients, they are recurrently empowered with helpful trainings, seminars and workshops.

Just last March 22, 2017, Neville-Clarke Philippines sales representatives attended a training that was organized by ARIVA Academy in Crowne Plaza Hotel in Pasig City. The training entitled “Achieving Sales Excellence” covered seven sessions that were facilitated by different speakers. The sessions covered are – 1) Building a Sales Champion, 2) Proactive Prospecting Strategies to Build a Qualified Pipeline, 3) Making the Connection, 4) Salespreneurship, 5) Persuasive Sales Presentation, 6) Unleashing the Power of Consultative Selling Skills and 7) Sales Negotiations, Handling Concerns and Closing More Sales.  

There are indeed lots of learning bagged by Neville Clarke’s sales representatives from the training and some of the highlights include the importance of customer loyalty over customer satisfaction, consultative selling, effective presentation skills, handling concerns and negotiation skills. All are certainly helpful for the sales representatives to better assist Neville Clarke’s valued customers.

Furthermore, as the first speaker mentioned, Neville Clarke also believes that “Sales is a team sport”. This means that everyone in the company is involved. This is why Neville Clarke’s employees from different departments are also empowered through different training activities, such as trainings on:
