Says Good Bye to Fear and Welcome to Confidence Communication…….

Achieving an outstanding business result is a goal of the organization. However, confidence communication among the employees which is the valuable asset to an organization is often overlooked or not being given priority. As a consequence, managing complexity of interpersonal relationships in the organization will remain a daunting task to the management. 

An organization needs confident communicators who are able to exude the right and clear intentions and messages to their subordinates. Confident communicators have the ability to identify different communication patterns and characteristics; accommodate to these patterns and characteristics effectively and able to speak their needs clearly.
 
Neville Clarke places huge importance of communication development by organizing training on Confidence Communication at the hotel in Subang Jaya recently. The training was attended by participants from various companies and diversified experiences and backgrounds. Nonetheless, these are not the hindrance to the successful completion of this two-day training.
 
During the training the participants had opportunities to practice the confidence communication based on different but common situations faced in their workplaces. The training started with the activity of the participants currents’ roles and ended with the communication styles and practical communication.
 
In order to complete confidence communication training, some subjects such active listening, body language, voice projection and barriers to communication were also covered. The training which was packed with individual and group activities had left indelible marks to the communication competency of the participants.
