This course aims at enhancing the knowledge on the automotive core tools, namely Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).

Objective
By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:
  • Understand the concepts and basic application of the automotive core tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC and MSA, PPAP) in the context of ISO/TS16949 quality management system
Practical examples, exercises and simulation workshops with participants’ involvement are inherent feature of this course.

Pre-requisite
The participant shall have some extent of exposure of manufacturing operation processes and some basic knowledge of mathematics
