  • TWI workshop :
    • This is a group activity session where the delegates will apply the principles learned to come up with the preferred method to carry out a task and how to effectively conduct training for this task.
 
Equally applicable to manufacturing and service sectors, this course is designed for supervisors, trainers and executives responsible for operations and staff development. It is also suitable for those tasked with work process improvement for quality and productivity enhancement.
