The role of  the appointed management representative of a company is recognized as one of the important ingredient for a company’s success to the management system. This training will provide a good knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems requirements including the roles and responsibility for the newly- appointed or existing QMR of the company.


This training course will also help:
  • To determine the role of the Quality Management Representative in accordance to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 QMS
  • To identify common problems in undertaking the role of QMR

This course is specially designed for QMR of companies that have been certified or in the process of achieving certification/surveillance/ recertification. In addition, other personnel in the company who need to know the roles and responsibility of QMR or assisting him/her are encouraged to attend.

This is a two-day course running from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
