Supervising in the 21st Century’s Demanding Environment


This course is designed for line managers, supervisors and team leaders who are faced with the challenging task of overseeing the execution of work. This course explores the various functional needs of present-day supervisor and equips the delegates with skills and knowledge for effective performance.

At the end of the training, participants will be able to:

This course will benefit line managers, supervisors and team leaders especially those who are new or have recently been promoted into this role.

The course is also targeted to those who need to update and improve their knowledge and skills on how to carry out their supervisory job more effectively.

This is a participatory and practical course that uses a variety of teaching and learning methodologies, including accelerated learning. Participants will engage in experiential learning to discover strategies that can be implemented in their workplace. They can expect to engage in discussions, real-plays and coaching sessions.
Duration
This is a two-day course running from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
