Today, the main determinant of an organisation’s growth rests with its human capital and their ability and capability to expand their minds, develop new skills and adapt to change.
Whether it is classroom training or on-the-job training, the design, development delivery and evaluation of training is essential to ensure that the right competencies are acquired and applied in the workplace. For training to be effective it must be participatory, focussed on the participant needs and involve them actively in the training process.
This course equips trainers with up-to-date knowledge and skills. It enables them to deliver active training sessions that optimise learning for the participants.

Applicants for this course must have already completed Presentation Skills training.
As this is an intensive training course the number of participants is limited to 12.
This is a participatory and practical course that uses a variety of teaching and learning methodologies, including accelerated learning. Participants will be actively involved on each day of the course, demonstrating the skills they have learnt and receiving feedback.
Participants will engage in experiential learning to discover strategies that can be implemented in their workplace. They can expect to engage in discussions, real-plays and coaching sessions.
Particpants will demonstrate the skills they have acquired by delivering a short training session (micro-train) on the final day. Individual feedback will be given throughout the course.

A laptop is required throughout the course.
This is a three-day course running from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
