Most people live with the feeling that they do not have enough time and that they are unable to get on top of their workload. However, by learning to manage your time better, your workload will feel lighter and your job will feel less stressful. This course will help you identify the common behaviours that prevent you from managing your time effectively and teach you the right tools to increase your productivity without working longer hours. Learn to use the time you have more productively and experience higher personal effectiveness and less anxiety.

This course will benefit any individuals in organisations who would like to enhance their personal and work effectiveness. This course is equally relevant to front line managers in the servicing and manufacturing industries who have to deal with wide ranging issues on a daily basis.

This is a participatory and practical course that uses a variety of teaching and learning methodologies, including accelerated learning. Participants will engage in experiential learning to discover strategies that can be implemented in their workplace. They can expect to engage in personal self-reflections, personal self- assessments, discussions, real-plays and coaching sessions.
Duration
This is a two-day course running from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
